I’m Chloe, Personal trainer & Coach at CoachedbyChlo.
Rewind 6 years. I had very little purpose, didn’t have any idea on what I wanted to do with my life, low self-esteem, no confidence and 0 knowledge when it came to fitness, food and fuelling my body correctly. Becoming a full-time Mother shortly after only inspired me to not only do better and change my lifestyle habits and fitness but to also do what’s right for my daughter and ensure she has a healthy lifestyle too.
In 2018 I took that first step to sign up to a gym, feeling so anxious about my weight at the time especially after giving birth. Now looking back, I’m so grateful to of taken a step out of my comfort zone and finding a passion for fitness. This passion has led me to start helping people around me become healthier versions of themselves and from that moment I knew that I was in the right industry.
I know how daunting taking that first step can be. Nothing in life ever comes easy and only you are in control of your choices. With that being said, I am here to support and guide you through your challenges and help you to overcome these obstacles and be the better version of yourself.

At CoachedbyChlo, I take a holistic approach to fitness. I believe that fitness is not just about working out, but also about proper nutrition, stress management, and self-care. I will work with you to create a personalized programme that addresses all aspects of your health and wellness.
- Weekly 1:1 sessions with myself at Infinity Fitness (based in Kings Hill)
-Daily check ins & support via WhatsApp & Zoom
-Your own tailored workout regimes every 4-6 weeks.
-Access to my online coaching platform with your own profile to log your progress, track sessions and hit nutrition targets.
-Videos explaining individual exercises.
-Nutritional guidance (meal & snack recipes with macro quantities to fit into your targets).
